The mission of the CREW Vancouver Mentorship Program (CREW VMP) is to support and encourage an exchange of ideas, friendship and expertise among real estate professionals. The Program matches CREW Vancouver members (mentees) with experienced professionals with 10+ years in the industry (mentors) for guidance and support while also allowing the mentors to expand and develop their coaching/mentorship skills and foster relationships with the young future leaders of the local real estate community.
Who can join?
The CREW VMP is a free program open to all current CREW members and Sponsors. Past Mentorship Program participants that are current CREW members are encouraged and eligible to reapply.

Structure & Timeline
The CREW VMP is a mentee-led program. The Program is designed to be a dynamic partnership in which the mentee leads the communication. The goal is to develop a meaningful relationship between the mentor and mentee that will last beyond the timeline of this Program.
The CREW VMP typically runs for 12 consecutive months, from May to April of the following year. Mentor-mentee pairs are selected by the CREW VMP organizing committee based on the industry sector, experience and personal preferences of mentors and mentees.
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the 2020 program will run from June to April 2021. The program will start with virtual meetings (given social distancing guidelines) and transition to in person meetings when it is safe to do so.
A virtual Mentorship Mingler launch event will be held on June 3, 2020 and will be an opportunity for mentees to meet and introduce themselves. We will also host a short mentee orientation.
