Are you currently a CREW member or a CREW volunteer with less than 8 years of real estate related industry experience? Then we've got great news for you! CREW Vancouver is excited to launch its inaugural Mentorship Program.
How Does the CREW Mentorship Program Work?
This is an opportunity for up to 25 CREW Vancouver members with less than 8 years of industry experience and current CREW volunteers to be paired with senior CREW members who are accomplished leaders in the Vancouver real estate community. All of our mentors have at least 10 years of experience and are highly regarded industry professionals.
Mentors and mentees will meet at least once a quarter from May 2015 to December 2015. These informal meetings are meant to be an open dialogue between the mentor and the mentee to discuss and learn more about the real estate industry, career options, and seek industry related advice. It will be up to the individual mentors and mentees to choose meeting times and locations. The CREW Vancouver Mentorship Program is a mentee-led program, meaning it will be the mentee's responsibility to reach out to their mentor.
How to Become a Mentee?
Interested and qualified candidates are invited to complete a short application form and submit it electronically by April 17, 2015. Successful candidates will then be matched with a mentor and provided with program guidelines and their mentor's contact details.
The mentorship program is currently limited to 25 mentees, so don't delay – get your application in!
