CREW Vancouver’s popular Mentorship Program supports and encourages young women in the commercial real estate industry to take the next step in their career by pairing them with experienced business leaders. Applications are now open for the 2018-2019 program year!
How Does the CREW Mentorship Program Work?
The CREW Vancouver Mentorship Program runs from May to April of each year and is exclusively open to CREW Vancouver members and current CREW Vancouver volunteers.
The program provides an opportunity for young professionals to be paired with senior CREW Vancouver members who are established business leaders within the Vancouver commercial real estate industry. Our program is a mentee-led program, meaning it will be the mentee's responsibility to proactively reach out to their mentor and initiate meetings. These informal meetings are meant to be an open dialogue between the pair aimed to build strong personal relationships, discuss and learn more about the real estate industry, and seek business advice. A formal launch event at the end of April event brings the overall group together, as part of the program.
How do I Become a Mentee?
Are you a young commercial real estate professional looking for individual guidance and inspiration? Interested and qualified candidates are invited to complete an application form and submit it electronically by April 15, 2018 to Maria Moisseeva.
How do I Become a Mentor?
Are you an established business professional who’s looking to brand yourself as progressive leader, have an impact, and influence success in the next generation of professionals? If you have ten or more years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and would like to get involved in the program as a mentor, please contact Maria Moisseeva by April 15, 2018 to find out more.
